eight's second single Moments Gone released to radio in May 2002.

First performed in 1999 under the name 'In the Meantime', it was recorded live but never released. Through 2000 it developed under a different name 'Crash', finally to be released in 2002 as 'Moments Gone'.

Having gone through so many rewrites which all seemed a good idea at the time, Moments Gone finally sounded like the song we all hoped it would. Funded with support from NZ on Air and recorded at award winning engineer/producer Malcolm Welsford new studio (a lot nearer to town than Kare Kare - thanks Mal).

Using the theme of 'anticipating hindsight', the song is a positive look at learning from experience and using it in the future...
